So I recently just found out my fuck buddy is still talking with another girl (his previous fuck buddy). I'm not comfortable that he's probably srill having sex with this girl. I ain't diagnosed with any mental health issue but i'm seeing a therapist soon coz i might have, any tips on handling overthinking about this? I'm getting super insecure about my body and very bothered and is comparing myself to rhis girl.

Casual sex friend implies you specifically didn't want a relationship or commitment. And when you have that you're getting worried that your casual sex friends having sex with other people. You can't have it both ways either you want someone without commitment or you want someone who makes a commitment. You've got to make a choice.
