Strip Club : Slapping on Ass of Strip dancers, Is it okay there?

My Sister Works in a Strip Club in Mexico  as a Nude Dancer ! But her Boss ( Co-Owner of the Club ) always Slap/Squeeze on her butt, If She says Good evening to him even then he slaps on her ass hard ! My Sister didn't know that she would have to deal with this all ! There are around 25-30 Girls work as a strip dancer, And My Sister's boss slap/squeeze ass of every Girl !! Is this okay in a Strip Club? My Sister Can't quit the Job easily due to Some financial issues but She is Much bothered because of his boss ! ! Can My Sister Convenience the Bar Manager Somehow?

It's only okay if she's okay with it, honestly; and if she doesn't like it when he does that to her then she should ask him to stop and he should quit doing it.
But as it was her choice to start working there as a nude dancer, she put herself in that position and she will sadly have to deal with the consequences. If she doesn't want him to slap her butt then she should tell him to stop, and if he is a decent-minded human being then he should definitely have it in his right mind to stop doing it. I think it's awful that she can't quit the job due to her current financial status- I feel really bad for her situation in life right now. I hope she finds some way to get out of it sometime soon or that he at least stops doing that to her- it's not right and is definitely NOT okay anywhere if she feels uncomfortable while it's happening to her.
Bottom line, though- I feel bad for her and it's not okay for him to do that. I hope this stops soon so that she'll feel more comfortable working there and that everything ends up okay for her :)

That is disrespectful, but if she can't quit there's nothing she can do. I bet that if she tells him that she doesn't like it, he's going to fire her. I guess she has no choice other than accepting it.

Man it's pretty normal stuff and I imagine especially in Mexico. Of course my only experience is TJ and it being on the border with San Diego it was pretty wild. Anyways sorry your sister is having to go through this but there's probably nothing that can be done about it

I dont know how things are in mexico. In the US it wouldn't be permitted.
If she doesn't want to quit there is nothing you can do. She should try to carry a small key chain size pepper spray. One on her keus and if she could some how hide it on her body... Like in her hair... Just in case he ever attacks her. Since she won't quit the only advice would be to make certain she is never alone with him. She needs to make friends and always walk around the club with another person.

At the club I worked at, NOBODY was allowed to touch the dancers unless it's a lap dance and even lap dances had rules that the patrons had to abide by. i. e no touching the crotch or nipples, spanking butts and motorboating/touching of the breasts was allowed as long as the performer consented to it. The staff was not allowed to make physical contact with the performers AT ALL.

There are strip clubs where the managers or owners expect the dancers to have sex with them. I think it is unreasonable to expect that you are going to work as a stripper and be treated with respect. That does NOT mean that I am condoning her manager's behavior.

Simple, apply for jobs at other places while still working there and if you get hired somewhere else then quit the current job with 2 weeks notice and try somewhere new.

Those things are common in shitty strip clubs where the workers are taken advantage of. I wouldn't work there. I would prefer the no touch policy.

Any unwanted touching or suggestive language is harassment, although I'm not sure what she can do about it by herself other than quit. If all the performers threaten to quit he may be motivated to stop.
