Well, first none of the women in the two pics are “flashing” the first pic is a “down-shirt” and the woman seems to not even know the picture was taken, in the second pic, while they could have been a bit more careful about their position in front of the camera, I’m certain neither knew that the guy was taking an up-skirt!
Innocent Flashing seems like an oxymoron (like jumbo shrimp). But I did purposely flash a teacher in 10th grade. There was nothing innocent about it. He was a substitute, he was about 22/23 and was gorgeous! He would give me the cutest looks after making sure nobody was looking, so I knew that he liked me, so one day I kept flashing him throughout the hour! I totally understand how inappropriate it was so I don’t need or want any lectures. I was a stupid 16 y/o end of story.

Yeah lots of times. i've done the things you mentioned like going braless in a revealing top and bent over.
I've also tried on clothes in a changing booth with the door open so i could be peeked at from outside.

I totally disapprove of that kind of behavior that shows a total lack of character and personality but indeed does show a lack of morals and decency.

That would be the typical behavior of a person that seeks cheap thrills and that is aware that she may offend the beliefs of others and possibly even takes into account that children may see her genitals. I would go as far as to pretend that this person has a serious psychological issues because she is aware that this is offensive but still is willing to perform those deviant and lewd acts for the sole purpose to possibly offend a large share of the people that are subjected to these views against their will.
