Brief summary of the article is prostitution (legal in the Netherlands) is used as social relief to people especially the disabled. Since I forgot some people on GaG are illiterate wankstains who block you after sending a message, a "right" to sex as a paid service not taking someone else's rights away so you can have sex with them ie rape

  • I mean it is a human right yes is yes or no is no you don't have to have it if you don't want it I personally love it but I also personally loved giving it to somebody else so they can enjoy and feel the same things that I feel about should prostitution be a human right I think what goes on between a man and a woman is their business and nobody else's but yes I'm pretty sure that sexiest one of our human rights you either have it or not have it is that your question because I'm not really for sure please let me know

    • Well to be honest I think it's great especially for disabled are our fallen heroes who have been injured during the act of protecting us so we can have life as we have it so I'm off work in Nevada where I live in the u. s. there is legalized prostitution and I also think that is great for the same reason

  • Agree with you...
    1. Sex should be seen as a necessary for almost all humans.
    2. There should be no force in gaining this right.
    3. It should be negotiated in all cases... either for love or for money.
    4. Society should be more enlightened in understanding the need for sex.
    5. The desire gap between men and women should be addressed
    6. We should try to make it as hygienic, healthy, egalitarian, fair, renumerative, mutually satisfying while implenenting this "right".
    6. Those with handicaps in getting sex should be given special considerations, so we have fewer INCELS, who are destined to believe that they will never "get it" come what may.

  • Sex is not a human right, it is a human need though.
But sex is dependent on other people and you cannot expect or demand sex from others, they don't owe you anything.
However, it is a human right in the form that you should not tell other people to not have sex with someone consensual how they like it. (this is referring to those places where it's deemed illegal to have sex if it's in a certain position or if you're not married and the like)

    • Hello

  • Well, I'm not gonna click at this link. But sex is already an human right. You can have sex with whoever and whenever you want (unless we don't talk about public sex or in other inappropriate places). In those countries which would kill you because you had sex with the same gender or whatever, there aren't any human rights.

  • I’m moved by that article. I think the Netherlands is very progressive. I applaud them.

  • No, the government should not be using public funds to pay whores to fuck people.

  • I don't think so no. I'm not against prostitution though, as long as it's by choice. Food, shelter and healthcare are basic human rights, getting your nat king isn't.

  • I knew that they use sex as a therapy for numerous cases such as this.

however as a right, it’s a hard word.

a person does not have the right to sex.

that’s a really slippery slope that will see us back in the Middle Ages, with guys saying they have the Right to sex.

sex should be available, but not necessarily a Right.

  • If you are married it's seen as a basic need on maslows pyramid. Without sex you are prevented from reaching your higher self actualised self.

  • It'll be nice if it was. But I don't think it should.

  • Based on the question and not the link.
    Never, no.
Your "right to sex" should never be someone else "obligation"

  • No because that would mean that someone can be obligated to provide sex.

  • This is kind of messed up I only started to read it, weird

  • D and e and double f
    Deff

  • Long as it’s freely consensual, sure.

  • Sex might have physical or emotional benefits, but it is not a necessity. Not only that, but sex requires another willing participant, and saying it's a right you are entitled to is dangerously close to saying you are entitled to someone else's body.

  • No. That would be a lot of rape. If someone does not want to have sex with someone else they should not be made to or even pressured into it.

  • Oh yess definitely

  • No. The idea is absurd.

  • Prostitution is a recipie for stds and unplanned kids, so I'm gonna go with no on those grounds alone.

  • Lol " wankstains". I think i just got a new favorite word. That's even better than " spunktrumpet".

I don't see it as a human right or even a human need. I haven't had sex i haven't murdered anyone yet.

  • I’m not gonna click on links

    • same 😂

    • Good idea

  • I thought it was because without sex we would not exist lol

  • It's not and shouldn't be a basic human right is a choice people make to have sex. Yes sex is good but doesn't mean should be a human right
