OK. I'm going to say this about tanning. It's bad for your skin. You were born with a genetic coloring. That's the color you should have. If you get a tan you are damaging your skin. I know it's a fashion, but it's a foolish fashion. The damage is also cumulative: the more you tan, the more your skin is damaged and the worse you'll look over time. So, why don't you BUY some fake tan and live with that and use sunscreen. Suntanning and burning is the TOP reasons peoples' skin ages. You have great skin. Stop tanning and start protecting and you'll keep that great look many years longer.
I've seen a couple of women on beaches over the years with a deep, deep tan - the kind you can only get from constant tanning - and they literally have crocodile skin. I found a pic that gives you a rough idea - the color is right (remember, this is a "white" woman), but I've seen women with much worse skin, where it isn't just wrinkled, but scaly - small rectangular scales. It is NASTY!

I waa just going to say go nude or wear a see through thong lol 😂 yea unfortunately thats the only way to get rid of tan lines permanently or going to a tanning Booth but i heard its really unhealth and can increase your risk of cancer. I know they have a spray on tan but i don't know how long it lasts.

Try tanning lotion which tans the skin where applied. I use that and keep regular sunscreen where my tan (from regular clothes) is and try to match the shades or blend them so it looks like it is getting lighter when you get closer to private areas. Only issue is getting your own back.
One year I got about 5 shades darker in a few weeks from using it. You can get it at Walmart.
is it noticeably artificial or can you get it to match a natural tan pretty easily?

Depending on how well it is rubbed in, and how dark natural tan already is. Make sure though that it’s rubbed in good and let dry (mostly) BEFORE putting clothes on. Has tendency to stain lighted colors/ whites. And always wash hands when done applying. And use sparingly.

There are bikinis which are supposedly made with a cloth that allows tanning rays through the fabric and which avoid the obvious tan lines. Look for suits called "tan through."

Other than nude sunbathing there isn’t much you can do about it but years ago I do remember reading about company making bathing suits that you could still tan from underneath because of the material
Ehh i like the sun too much to avoid tanning at all, even the few days last week where it was sunny i was in the garden all day lmao I just think they're a little ugly, especially on the chest
I used to use sunblock lotion beause I go to the beach a lot, but it always ruined my clothes and towels. Something in the lotion left orange stains. I gave up on it and got these awesome beach chairs that have their own shade on them. That's the best in my opinion.

Fair skin or dark skin does not determine weather or not you will get skin cancer. Thats simply not how it works. And sun screen can only do so much. This comes from experience. my mother in law was obsessed with being tan, Until they had to surgically remove skin lesions that were very cancerous.. And she was naturally darker than you..
The cancer eventually spread to her lymph nodes.. She died about 4 years ago from something that could have been prevented by using a small amount of common sense. Thats why i said what i said.
