Is it ok for nipples to show through a sports bra when working out?

Of course it's okay. Nipples are just part of a woman's anatomy. Like, is it okay for the shape of her boobs to be visible beneath a sports bra?
The shape of both boobs and nipple bumps beneath clothing are charming but natural. I'd rather they be celebrated with pride than hidden in shame.

Yeah but expect some men to gain your attention and even take a glance at you if you are working out in public. I have seen a lot of ladies with sports bra and tights in the gym with nipples showing through.

working out either in the cold or if you have been sweating nipple will most likely show, but if the others around you are serious about their work out they won't take any notice

Actually, I have visited many places where the laws are different. I have no problem adjusting for the time I visit. I just would not want to live there.

If you're freezing or sweating it isn't unusual that the nipples get stiff.

Of course it's okay. It's not hurting anyone and while I don't know for sure, maybe it's a normal reaction from the nipples moving against the fabric of the sports bra.
