No, I would certainly not date a creep and even less a person that has a dark secret fetish. That is enough to not want me to be close to that person.

It does not matter whether this guy is "fun, smart, popular, good looking , and all around just a cool dude" or not. To me, what is determining in a relation is the "dark secret". Furthermore, I don't know what a "dl creep" is and that is another reason to not want to date that person.

Finally, if I was dating, the looks and popularity of a person are not the the main factors why I would want to be with them. I would be looking for a guy with character, personality and intellect. This guys has none of those 3 important factors.

  Let me clarify... what I meant is, the guy is perfect to you in every way that matters to you. His sexuality however is different than average. For example.. the only thing that can make him aroused is female domination , BDSM, something like that. People have no control over their sexuality. Shame that you judge a man so harshly

  The letters BDSM are a warning sign to me. That means that this person has preferences that are not compatible with me in the least. Sorry if I judge this person harshly but people in general and guys in particular seem to place such high emphasis on sex whereas to me, it represents the least important factor in a relation. Concretely, that would mean that we would never be a match and that the guy would be looking elsewhere what he cannot get in this relation. That is both a red flag and a potentially toxic relation.

  "DL creep" what i meant by that is.. "creep " on the down low. Poor choice of word to describe someone with an unusual fetish i suppose. I do agree with you in regards to the importance of sex in a relationship... however it most certainly goes both ways. To be totally honest I am asexual and I have an extremely hard time maintaing long term relationships because of the sexual pressure. In my experience, girlfriends equate my lack of interest in sex to : I do not find them attractive or something is wrong with them. In reality its the farthest thing from the truth. VERY frustrating indeed.

  Thanks for your feedback. I do agree that it will be difficult to get into a relation because of the unhealthy and overwhelming importance that sex plays with young people nowadays. Our society is totally screwed up when it comes to a healthy intimate life. But look at it that way. By not being sexual, you remove the 2 most important factors of any breakup in a relation: 1. cheating and 2. risks of STD/STI. By remaining asexual, you live a much healthier and happier life because you don't worry about those facts and can enjoy all other, more rewarding aspects of life.
