Natural, always. I’d prefer small natural ones over big fake ones any day. Not sure how they all feel, but the ones I’ve felt either feel hard, or you can feel the implant. Don’t get me wrong, they look great (usually), but the bottom line is how they feel in your hand. And i knew a girl who lost sensation in her nipples after getting implants.
