Has GaG come to to a head when no on can ask original questions and keep asking the same old ones?

Does no one have any originality on this site? The same questions are asked day in and day out like some Nimrod just asked, as have 100 others, in so many words "what is your body count"? Dick size, virginity losing, tits or ass, where do you want the guy to come, etc. Has every question in the GaG playbook been asked at least 100 times because no one can think of a new one that has never been asked or are we destined to be in the same endless loop of repetitious questions? When it becomes routine and boring is when people start trolling.

I am certainly guilty of recycling some stale questions but I hope some of mine have some originality. From the last 10 questions I asked:

1. Parents: at what age is it inappropriate for children to come in to your bedroom and get in bed with you in the middle of the night?

2. If you still live with one or both parents: do you ever cook for them?

3. What is the last thing that you requested from your spouse/partner/SO/boyfriend/girlfriend that they denied you?

4. What is your worst experience with autocorrect?

5. How many of your sexual partners were totally stupid mistakes?

Actually I haven't seen those questions asked a lot, or at all, but you worded yours wisely of course and in a more appropriate way.

I think people will always be able to come up with original questions but in some categories we've probably seen all the possible questions there are.

Yes I know what you mean. do a search for "age is just a number" You will see hundreds of people asking if that is really true. I think it's the most popular question on this website. So far I've had about 50 questions I wanted to ask but I search to see if anyone else asked and each one has already been asked so in the interest of avoiding redundancy I declined to repeat the questions.

It may have been asked before but nothing has changed since it was. It is still the top 10 questions that are asked all the time because no one can think up anything new. It has to be about some raunchy sex or no one replies.

Seriously? I ask questions out of the box all the time, and a lot of fun questions too but everyone flocks like a bunch of lemmings to the same repeatedly asked sex questions. Like moths to a flame or flies to shit, they can't seem to help themselves. And then you wonder why good people leave GaG.

You don't get a 49%MHO rating by not being encouraging. I only call out trolls, not genuine people asking genuine questions, just those making up stuff just for giggles.

A 49% MHO isn't a true indication of how helpful a user is. You are very well aware right that this is that site where they auto select opinions as MH after a certain period of time if askers don't select most helpful. Over 85 percent askers don't select MHOs here. I wouldn't be surprised if my opinion is selected the most helpful one on this query if you don't select it because their is a discussion going on and most often than not the descriptive ones are selected as the most helpful ones.
