  • They will always be genetically what they were born. XX ( female ) XY ( male) . Transitioning can Never change that. That’s just plain basic science. We are all conceived as female.. That's why men have breast’s too. Our Chromosomes determine the proper chemicals that will be released to make us boys. Sometime, boys don’t respond to these chemicals ( called androgen intolerances) and develop as female, it can effect the brain too.
Sometimes boys receive the wrong androgen and develop with a male body and female brain
Sometimes girls receive the wrong androgen and are born with a boys brain. Are they the gender that they transition too? In their many times yes. Some are confused for life. It’s a very difficult road to follow and is something that no one wants to happen, if they can help it. If these people can fully transition and take on all characteristics of their gender, then it’s easier for others to perceive them as the gender that they feel that they are. For both genders , It takes lots of surgery, Gender reassignment surgery, for both. MTF... Facial feminization surgery, many times breast implants, hair removal, voice coaching etc.. as long as they feel female they are to themselves. FtM.. the same. No one can change other people minds as to what Trans people care. That’s just one of the crosses that they have to bare... There are many others and I’m tired of explaining..

  • What is real how do you define real? We are what we are not what we choose to be. I absolutely endorse anyone to live however they choose. But scientifically speaking you’re either X chromosome or y chromosome... there obviously are the exceptions encompassing both sexes or neither.

    • Yes , XXY and XXYYXX... this another discussion...

    • Correction , XXYY

  • A man cutting off his dick will not magically transform himself into a woman. That's just a man who decided, for reasons I cannot even imagine, to cut his dick off. A person's sex is determined before they are even born, by things they obviously no longer tell students about in school anymore called chromosomes. XX is a female, XY a male. There, simple. :)

    • They don’t “ Cut “ their ducks off. The penis is inverted to create a Vagina. I know that you can’t understand it or why. Try to imagine that you felt like a man and saw a women’s body... Your brain keeps haunting you and saying.. you’re female , but you have the wrong body.. confusing huh? This isn’t something that they’re happy about, it’s a mind fuck! They wish that they didn’t feel this way. They all try to ignore it and fight these incredibly Intense emotions , but most lose the fight.. Some just can’t live with this confusion and kill themselves. It’s what I’ve explained above. They actually have the wrong chemicals ( androgen) give them a female brain and a male body. They know why , but not his to stop it. It’s really sad if you think about it..

  • XX chromosomes = female
    XY chromosomes = male

    It's simple.

  • I don't care much about real or unreal.
Sexually, I stay away from trannies; I don't buy pirated products.
Socially, my point is: when you claim to be a woman (or man) you are expected to act like one and to be treated like one. No exceptions; no special rights; no excuses.
If a tranny can't handle it - not my problem.

  • Not real by birth

  • 100% yes

  • They are still the gender assigned at birth.

  • They’re whatever they want to be.

  • Depends on the definition.

  • Nope

  • Socially, maybe, not sure though.
Biologically, no (for example trans female athletes competing against biological female).

  • Nope.

  • Surgery doesn't change ones gender. Just changes how they look. It amounts to crossdressing.
I don't care what gender a person likes. That's up to them. I find it amusing that a lot of these people that change to look like the opposite sex tend to date people of the sex they really are.

  • Depends on your definition or "real". To me, a man cannot be a real man if he was not born with a penis.
