    • A very rigorous one. Tell you what a good way to find out, find like a cheerleaders YouTube or a gymnasts YouTube on what they do, guaranteed to find one there. I could give a few helpful names

  • Not defined abs but flat toned stomach. Bigger boobs and probably bigger butt too. Mesomorph feminine physique so it's easier to build muscle and I have to watch my protein intake. Abs are mainly good diet and good exercise plan according to body type. Some people can get abs in no time depending on their body type.

  • I prefer just that slimness but more "meat" definitely. The body looks very thin, her body tells me that she focuses on 'having as low fat body as possible' rather than actually be stronger because although she has abs, her other features aren't very muscular or strong looking.

    If I would have abs, I prefer abs with more muscles in my entire body, not just tummy. Something like what you see in women's boxing and mma. If I have abs, I would rather do it out of brute fitness and strength rather than aesthetic causes. I'm anaemic (beta thalassaemia) so I can't really sacrifice my energy without consuming a lot in return.

    • Doesn't everyone consume a lot when they workout a lot? Or do you have to take in even more?

    • More like I have to take in more. You tend to pass out quicker than others, and have to refuel more frequent, although it helps you to gain strength in return, but thalassaemic red blood cells condition make it more difficult. Excercising is definitely worth it for people like me, but we start lower than others. It's possible for us thalassaemic to be as fit as normal people, but requires more energy.
