So this the Update in My Question which I had asked a day Ago... There is a Boy who Study with My Sister in her College, My Sister Also goes to a Chemistry Coaching Class with her other friends And that Boy often tease and harass My Sister, My Sister wear jeans or Skirts Sometime in her Coaching Class ( But in her College Skirts are dress Code for All the Girls ) !

On last Monday she was wearing a Skirt When she went to the Class, And that Boy told to her All friends about What color and type of Panties she was wearing under her skirt ! Her friends told this to My Sister and She felt very embarrased !! Do you think he took her upskirt pics or shots? Which he might misuse further? ( Though we don't have Any Prof ! My Sister had Complaint to teacher and College Management Grilled him and Checked his and his friends Phone but they didn't find Any pics of her in their Phone 😐

He Claimed / told her that he has taken her under skirt pics for 2-3 times and he also told her about her panties type and color Which she had on those days, So Does it seems like he must have taken her pics? On Last Monday She was wearing a thong under her skirt when he Again Claimed to took her upskirt pic?

How did he and his friend Guess that she was wearing a thong Under her skirt? Does he use some Secret camera to take her pics instead of his phone?🙆

I don't know personally to me it sounds like he's been taking pictures of your sisters underwear from under her skirt and even though they don't have any proof on his phone he could be using a second phone people don't know about or a tiny camera which a lot of people are using around me these days. No one should be able to know what kind of underwear she is wearing unless they are stalking her or she was with that man or if they saw her getting undressed but it sounds like he was taking pictures. Which makes this an even bigger issue as to why does he care in the first place? They puts women in a horrible situation and I hope that he stops because that is not very kind to do. How would he like it if someone took a picture of his underwear and bragged about it to their friends? But that's just me I think it needs to stop.

Yeah that is not right. And if talking to the teachers and the head of the school or college doesn't help then this seriously needs to stop. Even if all thy are doing is taking pics that's still invasion of privacy and also they did not have permission to take those pics or even guess her underwear? Does she have to wear a skirt for her uniform or can she wear pants? Also maybe she should try shorts under her skirt. But seriously I wish these guys would stop and it needs to stop now before it goes any further. It's best to really talk to the people at the building so they can do something about that but in the meantime try getting her to wear shorts under her skirt. I wish that there was something I could do. Boys often tease girls but that is literal harassment.

@moodiemoonlight17 Teasing for light fun is different than to harassing, Since skirt is a dress code for girls in college So she can't wear jeans or pants in college and those Guys are taking advantage of this ! I would advise her to wear shorts under her skirt and stop wearing thong or panties for few months but Still those Guys need to be stopped else they will still taking under skirt pics of Girls !

Exactly. I only say leading up to harassment because I have been through the same thing and I know when too far is too far. For now they are light teasing and I know the difference but they do have to be stopped. Just make sure she wears something that can block her underwear as I said shorts for now and I really do pray and hope that they eventually leave her alone since there is nothing you can do about the dress code. I hope they don't have pics of other girls as well. What's done in the dark comes out in the light and soon enough someone will find something whether it's their phone or a confession that will eventually stop this all together.
