But 10 min on GaG answering some of these post . . somehow it got right back into my house, and what I've heard is about the only way to get rid of one addiction is to trade it for another diction so you can go and you can start drinking or doing drugs or jumping out of airplanes are counting stars, the first of all you can ask to tell him he should ask that question because one way or the other he's going to have to deal with it anyway and be honest about it we want to make that choice

  • That's a pretty hardcore addiction to get off of. The thing that works best overall is finding someone you look up to, a parent, a friend or a religious leader, and just telling them about it and that you want to change. Each and every time you look at it, stop (or afterwards) visit them or give them a call and tell them - both that you looked, and what it was that you looked at. Social referencing is quite the motivator!
