If a guy sent a girl an unsolicited dick pic and she posts it online to mock the guy and make fun of it, would that be acceptable or wrong?
MCheetahEditor
A guy talks to a girl he just met less than 24 hours ago. He sends her a lewd dick pic, unannounced. His dick is not impressive at all; less than seven inches (however small you want to imagine it without him being too embarrassed to have sent it). The girl posts it on her website along with his name and it goes viral on social media (blurred versions, of course). This is the scenario a female friend once told me she fantasizes about.
I ask, would this be acceptable retribution, or a bad thing?
For the record, I don't send unsolicited dick pics and never have (even if mine was big enough to not be embarrassed by) and I think guys who do are total dipshits. However, I'm conflicted on the above hypothetical situation.
That's wrong; that counts as Revenge Porn. She would be the worse party for doing that.

That's fair; the guy should've known better. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Okay. You guys have convinced me she would be the worse one for doing that because she made it public, it'll have longer lasting effects, and it would be just as wrong if a guy did that to a girl who sent nudes to him unasked for. The guy would still be scummy, but she would be more evil for doing such an act. Thank you for convincing me.

Its wrong, it would be in the same tier as revenge porn. If she mocked him for it, and belittled him for it, fine nothing wrong with that, if she wanted to point out the guy gave her a unsolicited dick pick to warn others about him, again, nothing wrong with that. But its the mockery combined with the doxing that is the issue. Imagine if we did this to women? Imagine all these girls who are posting themselves half naked on this site to get validation would have their real names doxed while being mocked and ridiculed, would we find that acceptable? No.
Just because some one is an asshole does not mean you get to then be a bigger asshole back. I think dick picks are idiotically stupid and I have no idea why guys do it (its clear it is not something most women appreciate (women are not men, they are not on a hair trigger and aroused just by a dick pick, usually their has to be something a little more substantial going on with you before they can jump into that), I think its scummy and would never do it myself but that doesn't mean that it okay to destroy a persons life over it. Again, imagine if we did this with women (and their are MANY women on this site sending unsolicited pictures of themselves for attention), it would not be acceptable and thus the reverse isn't either.

She's not obligated to be loyal to a stranger or to avoid embarrassing him. Although if she were wise she'd also consider the possibility that he's crazy enough to harm her if she does something like that. He was foolish to send something like that to someone he doesn't even know. Although I would recommend against a guy EVER doing that, even if she begs for it.

I mean, if it's just plain unsolicited then maybe it could be debated about sharing it with the entire internet, especially his name. I won't encourage it but I wouldn't stop someone either. However if she's said no dick pics and he sends one then she can drag his ass.

That would be illegal because she didn't have your permission. Guys get in trouble for that a lot. It should work the other way. You still shouldn't have sent it to her if she didn't ask.
If he was harassing her I honestly think it would be fair

That would be akin to a guy flashing a girl but the flashing is at least short term.

If you send your unasked for dick pic don't be surprised where it turns up.

Any guy who does that is a complete idiot.

I was going to say he kind of deserves it but she should't do it, still he should expect it - ''play stupid games and win stupid prizes'', but @lanadelrey25 preceded me!

It kinda sounds like justice to me. Guys should not be doing stuff like that in the first place. It's kinda like the same as a boob flash. It's not very tasteful. Given guys are likely more interested in seeing a boob flash then girls seeing a dic pic but overall, either should not be done until in a relationship

I understand is it not pleasing to look at such pics when unsolicited but it doesn't justify doing this stuff. She could have just block him and that's it or ask him not do it again. I don't understand why she would do that. That's just plain rude and mean.

Yes, it is wrong. Regardless of one person's actions, it's up to the individual (in this case, the reciever) to maintain their own morals and ethics. I believe it's also a felony. One that is not worth my suffering a consequence.

It's both fucked up. But I wouldn't be against it. That's hopefully one guy less who sends dick pics at random. I feel like if you're willing to send one of those at random, you should be ready for consequences.

Somewhere in the middle. I don't think it's okay to share the picture with anyone but then, he sent it willingly and against her wishes. If you want to call that revenge porn, then one could call his sending unwanted dick pics as sexual assault.

Don't send an unsolicited pic if you don't want it reposted.

Strictly speaking, it wouldn't be right; but it would be exactly what he earned! How stupid and desperate a guy would have to be, to send nudes in the first place!

Right or wrong it is probably a felony.

wow. look at all the uneducated liberal femmies who think revenge porn is okay as long as it's a girl doing it to a guy. it'll be a sad world if those people ever actually get in charge of anything other than flipping burgers and organizing clothes on the display racks.

Pretty sure that’s illegal... he shouldn’t have sent it but there is no need to post online in my opinion
