How would you respond if your big breasted girlfriend wanted to get a reduction procedure?
This is the flip side of another poll that I posted a few minutes ago. Sometimes, the mention of big boobs makes some girls uncomfortable. There are guys who will just openly stare at their chest. If a guy asks her for a date, it seems as if he is only interested in playing with her boobs. Finding clothes that fit properly can be a challenge. When boobs are too large, they place a strain on the back which can lead to chronic back pain. And there is the worry that 38DD at age 18 will be horribly sagging and unsightly at age 40.

Suppose you are dating a girl with huge boobs. What if she comes to you and says that she wants to get a breast reduction? She wants to decrease from a 38DD to a 34C. How would you respond? Would you agree with her decision? Would you be concerned about the risks attendant to all surgical procedures? Would you be concerned about the procedure not having a good outcome? Would you be concerned about the "playground" being off limits while she recovered? Would you be concerned about not being attracted to her after the procedure? Would you be concerned that she might become more attractive to other guys and you would have competition for her affections?

Guys, how would you react? Ladies, if you have been through a breast reduction procedure, how did your boyfriend respond before and after the procedure?
I would never date a big breasted girl
Vote A
I'd tell her that I probably wouldn't be attracted to her after she got a reduction
Vote B
I would be opposed but would also try to understand the problems with "oversized" boobs and be supportive of her decision
Vote C
I would not be opposed and I would support her decision
Vote D
I would agree with her decision but recognize the risks of any surgical procedure and therefore reluctantly support her position
Vote E
I would agree with her decision and fully support her

Something else and I will explain in comments

  • I'm not a fan of getting breasts operated on.
Because of that I probably would just move on and date someone else. I can understand why they may want to do that but still on a fundamental level I don't see eye to eye with doing that so we just would be too different and we wouldn't be a good long term fit. I'd break up.

by the way, the large breasted girl in the picture. I don't even find that attractive. That is so large it looks weird and unattractive so I'd never be going out with someone with that body type to begin with. The picture with the B or C cup next to her. That is more of the perfect type for attraction.

  • I used to think that was ridiculously dumb; but now I understand why some women want to do that. Sometimes those things are just too heavy to carry around. So I can sympathize with that.

    • Thanks for the MHO!

  • I would hope that guys would understand what a curse it is to have really big boobs. Constant sore backs and neck , bra straps digging into shoulders, unable to find tops that fit - or any clothes for the upper body, having to have custom bras made, and when they reach 50 having them drag on the ground. Medically it is hard to get a mammogram Could you blame them for wanting a reduction?

    • THIS!!! And some men have the balls to believe we should go through this because some of them won't see us as hot anymore after the procedure. I once saw a social media post by a doctor. When he was an intern, a 20 year old patient had breast cancer and it could have been cured by removing her breasts. However, her parents disapproved of the procedure because no one will marry her if she gets the procedure done, even though the doctors promised they can get her a reconstruction surgery to look the way she did before. They still refused, and less then a year later they brought her back. At this point the cancer spread all over her body and it was not curable. Even her parents knew and they just wanted a death certificate. I think about that girl a lot.

    • @CubsterShura I have seen women with mastectomies who have had nipples and areola tattooed on to the reconstructed breast and they looked entirely real, until you touched the, but it was hard to see it was a tattoo until then.

  • "If you get a chest reduction, then I'm getting a penis reduction!" -my ex

    • I'm glad he is your EX!

    • Lol what kinda comment is that to make? That's ridiculous and I'm please to see that's an ex.

    • ... He seriously said that?

  • I would agree with her decision respect her but would research how can I continue care for her afterwards whether it well or not I'd be there for her every step of the way

  • Option E, same as the last poll.

It's ultimately get decision, and I prefer smaller breasts so I wouldn't be in opposition. There are risks involved and costs, so I would mention those beforehand but if those are no issue then go for it.

    • Her decision*

  • I have been attracted to women blessed with 'B' through 'D' cups and am presently mated with a 'D' cupped 60 yr old which despite her best efforts, gravity and chest musculature are becoming somewhat pendulous.

Imagine a 3/4 full balloon full of viscous Jello-textured breast tissue.
In later years, women do well to not unduly tax their breast's suspensor tissues.
There are many 'platform' / balcony brassieres which both support and attractively 'merchandize' her breasts desirably~

  • Same as the other question (Option D):
    "Whatever makes you happy."

I mean, I LOVE big boobs! My late ex was a 42J. But still, option D. Her comfort is more important.

  • What do you need such massive badonkers for anyway?
Of course I'd support her decision to reduce those ridiculous things.
She's a human woman, she should have human boobs, not cow udders. De fack.

  • I would not have to "react", I would understand it and support her fully.

  • As most of you will already know, I've been there, done that myself.

    • Did you have an SO at the time? If so, how did he respond?

    • I certainly did, we had already been living together for almost five years, and I was actually engaged and getting married the same year (2018). I simply couldn't have wished for a more understanding and supportive partner, who was there with me every step of the way, both before and after the surgery.

  • Good question, thank you for asking it.
I would agree and respect her decision, especially if big breasts cause her health issues like back pains and other discomforts.
As a matter of fact my ex had very big breasts - don't ask me the measures because I've never learned nor understood them - and she had back pains, sweating and irritations because of them. We had talked once about a possibility of reduction, but in the end we broke up so now I don't know what she's intent on doing.

  • I would be disappointed, and I would make sure to express that, but ultimately it's her choice, and if it really is medically necessary due to back pain then that has to come first. That said I would try to convince her to get them reduced only as much as she absolutely needed to in order to solve the back pain issue.

  • It would depend how big they actually are, but at the end of the day, it's her body and I don't care much about breast size anyway.

  • I've mentioned it a few times and my boyfriend is sad but supportive about it. I think I'd get a reduction or a lift after I have children.

    • Wise to wait till after children. Reduction surgery can cause loss of nursing capability. Glad boyfriend is supportive!

    • @Red_Arrow Agreed. Same here :)

    • What size do you think it’s the acceptable limit aesthetically?

  • Me and my first girlfriend had a discussion about this she wanted to make her E Cup to a smaller D.

  • I voted F. I would be totally empathetic.

  • I would not be opposed and I would support her decision

  • Those look nice.

  • Say go for it, your deserve it.

  • I hope we're talking about the lady sitting down, who is looking at what she might want. The girl standing DOES NOT need a Breast reduction. They lady sitting on the other hand needs those Melons removed or reduced by 90%.

    • The seated woman has a medical condition called "bilateral watermelonomas."

    • LMAO

  • I knew someone that had a reduction. She had it done for the reason you would think.
‘She also said they made her really tired after work with added weight to what she was
    Carrying.

  • "Making your tits smaller? It's like slapping god across the face"

  • I'd not be opposed especially if they're as big as the woman with the massive jugs in the picture there. There's a point where it just stops being aesthetic and looks heavy and annoying to carry and walk around with 24/7. I personally prefer natural and encourage to keep whatever you're born with, but in cases like THAT, by all means get the reduction.

On a side note... I like boobs of all different sizes as long as they have a perky shape.
