What do you think about guys who use alcohol as a drug to get sex since women have way lower alcohol tolerance? Is it rape when you can't say No?

Is it rape when you can't say No? If not, what should mute people do then by that logic? Why are some guys so stupid to understand body language Like crying, screaming, figting against you?
It is not rape if you can't say No and so mute people can't be raped by this retarded logic

I have never tried alcohol. What kind of damage does it have especially if you are women and women lower alcohol tolerance. Is it true that people at university get pressured to drink alcohol?

  • It's rape. I agree with many Opinion givers. As long as it is non-consensual sex (doesn't matter the circumstances), it is rape.

Women has lower alcohol tolerance. Not true. Tolerance could be trained. I have a lady boss who is a wine tester.

Ya, interesting freelance job isn't it. And she (as her side job suggests) never got drunk when we went out for "happy hours".

When I asked how she trained her tolerance, she replied her family drink regularly and she shared with them on meals.

Hence I think girls can raise their tolerance by knowing how to drink so as not to get drunk (include the dirty act to induce vomiting).

    • Oh really this is good to know. I was scared hiw much alcohol can control a person

  • Consent requires the presense of an informed, enthusiastic, ongoing "Yes", not just the absence of a "No".

Silence is not consent. "Maybe" is not consent. "I don't know/I'm not sure" isn't consent.

  • It’s a tough one, I’m not really sure it’s rape unless she’s incapacitated or feels pressured and worried for her safety etc, but it’s 100% definitely some sort of grooming.

    • Someone else here just made a really good point. If they’re that drunk that they’re incapacitated then they can be classed as consenting in law.

    • Not even incapacitated, if they’re intoxicated to the point that they can’t make informed decisions (and there’s ways to test that too) then they also la k the ability to give any legal consent.

  • I've chosen other because my vote is no it's not, but not for the reasons you've given. I think there's some confusion here between alcohol, sex and rape. This is my two pennies on the matter. I have had a lot of sex during my university years with women with various levels of drunk, some who I was dating and some with one night stands. Firstly, if alcohol is given in excessive amounts to make a girl pass out, then you have sex with her, that's rape. This is best explained by the following video:

Alcohol usually lowers women's inhibitions in my experience, they will feel less nervous, more free and sometimes more confident. This means that they can still decide whether or not to have sex with a guy, regardless of how drunk they are, as long as they are conscious. On the flip side, if your girl ever says she cheated on you because she was drunk and horny, that's a load of poppycock.

    • I never drank alcohol but i have heard that a girl's alcohol tolerance is way lower than man. So guys know this and they would not get laid without making girls drunk. How ethical is this when a girl would not have sex with you but have it due to alcohol. I am just wondering

    • I don't know about most other guys, but for me personally, I've had sex with girls who are drunk before. They are usually shy or nervous, they feel the need to drink and usually after a few, they get more handsy. When you date a guy, as you are already in a relationship, sex is more "easily accessible" than if girls are single. That said, I have met a few girls who become sexually agressive after drinking, this may emasculate some guys, but I love it, I see it as another form of passion. By my rule is, if she's too drunk, tuck her into bed with a bucket beside her. If she really wants to fuck you, have sex then next morning, after she's brushed her teeth of course 😄

  • It is a dick move for sure. I don't know if some girls use it as an excuse to have sex and the next day they have buyers remorse.

  • Yes if she's incapacitated then she can't say yes and really any guy can tell if she's to drunk or if she's a mute and not wanting to have sex so yes it's rape

  • That's pretty much the Modus Operandus of 90% of American men. And it's accepted by society, sadly.

  • Any guy who does that is a scumbag!!! If she can not answer because of booze or rape drug needs no answer it is an automatic NO ! Men who rape a women or a guy for that matter deserve to have their balls ripped off because they are not men.

  • Consent from intoxicated person is not real consent.

    • Thanks for like!

  • Not when a guy offers a drink to a woman and she accepts it.

  • Legally, it can't be consensual. Any act like that can be prosecuted as rape. Even if a person have consent while intoxicated, it isn't regarded as consent

  • Sex is rape
