It isn't the best expression to see on a woman, but if she's hot she's hot. Only doing stupid shit would make me less attracted to a sexy woman, like being demanding, talking about "toxic masculinity", so on and so forth. Making a silly face or anything like that is more likely to make me laugh, which would make me more attracted and at ease.

So, I don't see how it's sexy, but very much how it could break tension and make it easier to talk to someone or be more loose with them. I haven't watched much hentai or porn for that matter, it's more fun to chase opportunities to push into other women rather than watch videos of other guys doing the same, so maybe I've simply missed this googly eyed phenomena.

I think it's a psychological thing. This ridiculously stupid face has been shown in conjunction with an orgasm or a moment of pleasure in hentai, and men who watch a lot of hentai have been conditioned to think it's somehow sexy. And since it's become sexy, it has seeped into "live action" porn. Porn is, after all, mostly made by men to men. But then people who create their own content (like the person in the picture) start mimicking these porn friends and voílà, this nonsense is quickly everywhere.
