There are many things about men's anatomy/sexual organs that I know nothing about and others that I don't understand.
For instance, I don't know why circumcision is controversial and why size is so important to some men.

But what about it specifically?
That it isn't a physical need.
It absolutely *is* a physical need. We *need* to orgasm regularly or we get a hike in the risk of prostate cancer.
That when we get both hard and horny, we really do need to cum, we don't need sex but we do need the release, it's actually painful for us if we don't,.
