Well, keep in mind that women do elongate the same way that men do, matching arousal. 7" is by no means rare, for either sex. More extremes obviously still exist, for both.
Technically a woman elongating equals her being aroused. Although depth of course can differ. As such being able to go "balls deep" would come with the given understanding that with average or above length of the guy the partner was also very aroused to handle that. Plus of course the term is used for other areas too and if we assume the sex was still enjoyed by both that would speak about some ability, perhaps just the lack of a gag reflex? Either way it is, like your post, a bit of a subtle but perhaps dubious flex.
Well, technically 5.1” is the average for males, but 7” is the average for maximum elongation for women. I’m bisexual, I’ve seen enough guys to say, that average is about right. But gay guys do tend to be a bit bigger.
I think you need to separate the term from the act... there’s a physical process of going balls deep. But I don’t think that’s why guys are saying it I think it’s basically meant to mean I fuck the shit out of her... which means I am awesome I am the man etc. etc.
