She blew him , but apparently she tried to lay him and he didn't get an erection. The media said she TRIED to have regular sex. I guess males get a better erection when women use the mouth.

The people on here that think it was ok because she was a female and he was male is alarming. It shows how Television has made this acceptable behavior and dumb downed people. I would say another reason is a lot of people are having underage sex. I would bet 50% to 60% of adults have had sex with someone under 18.

  • I knoww, god i tried to imagine if genders were reversed but I couldn’t. It is rape in both cases but I think serial rape and/or rape and murder should definitely be death penalty or chemical castration

    • A possible and effective punishment for a man might be the total removal of his penis and testicles. However, there is not any comparable punishment for a woman as her parts are designed and function differently.

  • I have another idea. She has to serve the amount of jail time up until the victim is her current age. If the boy was 13 and she is 37, she should have to do 24 years in prison for raping that boy. This would apply to both genders, and no one would be exempt.

    A criminal is a criminal, no matter the gender. So full extent of the law for her as if she would have been a man. If people would execute a man for raping a child, off with her head.

    • They wouldn’t give a life sentence to a man, nor should they a woman. It’s up to the state of residence. They all get basically a life sentence anyhow, permanently registered child sex offender for life, can’t be near schools playgrounds stores, anywhere that kids congregate.   • I'm gonna ignore the tone of the first option and say that 50 years seems like a good sentence for a pedophile. They don't deserve death right away, they have to live with what they did and rot away in their cell.

    • Saying all women support killing rapists is hyperbolic but their is a tendency for people in general to be hyper aggressive with male rapists (and I don't actually have an issue with that so long as its provable that they commited the rape (which is not always the case)), but a lot of people and yes many women, do think that if the roles are reversed that its okay (we as a society do not really acknowledge female on male rape even though it statistically happens at comparable rates. Even suggesting that it happens at comparable rates is a controversial opinion (not from the statistical standpoint but from the social one). So while he was hyperbolic I do think that he has a point with that statement (even if it is overly generalized).

  • I’ll say 50 years, I don’t believe many sex crimes except for certain ones men commit against women should be punishable by death, just because I’d like to hope it discourages it from happening, but I do believe that aside from killing someone, sex crimes (depending on the circumstances) are definitely worthy of the death penalty or the next tier below that so to speak, there will always be that stereotype and stigma around the gender which commits the sex crime and the victim, and we all exactly what I mean by that. Regardless, sex crimes are sickening, regardless of any circumstances and in some cases should be considered to be punishable by death after it is dealt with completely by the law

That said, if it's true, I'd say option G plus paying a fine (using tax dollars to pay for her housing and meals in prison doesn't sit right with me, at that point it's not just rape, it's rape and long term theft, she should empty her pockets, not the rest of us)
