If they transition to the point where they look like an actual woman, then I don't think it's 'that gay' at least, because we can generally tell the difference between males and females and I'm only attracted to people who look like attractive females, not all of them pull it off.
Biologically, people are still what they're born as in my opinion, at least, but like I've seen someone else say on here, combined with what I said above 'when you look at people, you don't see chromosomes' or something like that anyway.
