Yes I check out many women booty from time to time especially when their booties are big, perfectly shaped and let’s not forget the part where they’re wearing jeans. It's incredibly common. Men are visual. Some men can control themselves and force themselves to not look but if they don't control themselves, women would be stared at all the time until they left the vicinity. And to answer your question from another opinion, we don't really stare at the clothing per se but the body shape. Some articles of clothing make it easier to see a women's body but it's not about the clothes alone.
