Does death grip syndrome go away If you stop jacking off or is it permanent?

I can't cum from sex or blowjobs but its easy for me to cum from masturbating. This led me to believe I have death grip syndrome. I didn’t jack off for 4 days. Yesterday was the third day I didn’t jack off, I had vaginal and oral sex last night and still couldn’t cum even after taking three days off. Will my dick be de-sensitized forever or will it go away If i keep not jacking off?

  • In MHO, I'd say continue with the abstinence a while longer. I do think you are on the right track. Watching a lot of porn or even excessive masturbation can cause the mind to play tricks with your physical feelings and abilities while attempting sex, as you have said de-sensitizing your feeling sensations.

    I personally feel more sexual sensations doing manual or oral masturbation than penile penetration during intercourse.

    • I've had no experience with no ejaculating until recently. Whether that was the cause of my cancer or not, I don't know. My Urologist seems to believe so. My suggestion is, as long as you can, continue to ejaculate, by however means suits you.

  • 3 days of no fap doesn’t seem long enough to make a difference. I know I when I take a break from my vibrator for a few weeks then I can cum during sex. You need to get rid of that stimulation for awhile for you to not need it to get off. Your body gets used to getting off one certain way to the point where you can only get off in that way.
