What's your definition of a real man/women?

Honestly I just saw a post about why their aren't any real men out their, yet honestly I am not sure what women think a real man is. Than again I don't know what a real woman is either. I personally think a real man is someone who thinks, has a decent job, trying to better for himself and not for others, doesn't take crap, nice to anyone who is nice to him, respectful, a listener and a doer, someone who is dependable and has good values and morals. As for what I think a real woman is? MM I guess a girl who has good morals, good standards, has a actual good/decent job, has ambition other than just making porn, nice and caring/ compassionate, has confidence in herself and knows her worth but doesn't make herself look arragoant or disrespectful, a listener and a doer, smart.

It is not my definition but IS the definition, especially how God created us to be. So to be clear what I had learned over the years and what I have

1. A real man/woman doesn't run from responsibilities.
2. A real man/woman makes informed decisions.
3. A real man/woman keeps their promises and trie to fulfill them to the very end.
4. A real man/woman speaks up about what they want, need, and desire in their life, relationships, and of others.
5. A real man/woman handles their duties and expectations.
6. A real man/woman has priorities and sets goals for themselves.
7. They hold themselves to accountability, not just judge others without harshly judging themselves.
8. They walk the walk, not just talk the talk, and is actually shown and proven. Actions speak louder than words.
9. They respect the needs and desires of others as equally as their own.
10. They work hard at what they do and don't put down others.
11. They are inspiring to others, can influence in a good way and is a role model to those around them.
12. Especially if they believe in God, they heed his warnings, follow his word, commandments, and rules that are placed. They stand for the things of God and uphold the standards and morals followed.
13. They respect their roles especially gender roles but also respect the roles of others. No matter who does the cooking or the cleaning, respect each other for the gifts and abilities one can do and beyond.
14. They don't take shortcuts to every problem they have.
15. They understand that while they are human and are prone to mistakes, it is not an excuse to continue making them.

I can list more. But felt this is the most important.

I agree with those things. Plus, I think a real man has a quiet confidence. People can tell that he's not someone to be trifled with. He won't instigate trouble, in fact he does what he can to deescalate, but he won't hesitate to defend anyone who is in need of assistance. He'll deliver a knock out punch or run into a burning building if necessary.
He's a gentleman, treats women with respect. He's honest, works hard, and is capable of doing physical labor.

In addition to the things you mentioned, a real woman also has grace and poise. She knows how to act like a lady and how to treat her man. At the same time, she is not weak and dependent. She's nobody's door mat.

I see that you refer to porn as a problem... and you were specific to women, when you made it seem negative.

You also pointed out two negative traits (arrogant and disrespectful) and again, you made this about women.

For me a real man is honest and protective and gentle when angry or upset while a real woman is objective and fair and celebrates when other people succeed instead of hating on the one who accomplishes more than her.

I have a simple answer for a real man. Look up the traits of Chivalry for a start. A real man or woman isn't needy or narcissistic. They don't seem validation from others.

A real woman is someone who embraces her femininity and enjoys being the counterpoint to a real man. She is a nurturing soul, kind-hearted and gentle. She does not want to compete with men, but she competes with herself to be the best person that she can be. She does not think that domestic chores are below her and she does not think that professional employment is out of her grasp.
