Lol yeh, I measure from the base to tip without pressing down which is just over 7 inches for me, and to measure girth I take a piece of tape right above where there is not extras skin and then find the length of where the tape stops which is just over 6 inches for me :) hope this helps
I have measured my penis many times, depending on how good of an erection had at the time. Measured the length, the circumference, the length of the head from the rim to the tip, the width of the shaft looking down on it, and the width of the head measuring the rim at the base (from the top) I once measured it while talking to my cousin on the phone, and she told me the length of her husbands penis. (but not the girth, or other measurements) Fun, erotic, thing to do on the phone with a woman.

I think all men at some point have either had a measuring tape down there or used something of a known size to compare it to.
There is no real point in measuring it though as it varies depending on level of arrousal. The same goes for women there is no point sticking a ruler up there to measure as things stretch to accommodate and arrousal helps determine how much it stretches.
Every guy with any decent length has measured his penis in several different ways. How many hands? How long against his forearm? How long with a ruler? What about that "other base" because from there it's bigger? What about width - diameter and circumference? Yea... I've done it all. How big do you think is big enough to measure?
