evidence is a video they said is the victim but video unclear no one's face is shown and video less the 60 seconds long. the victim has a boyfriend she has a child with and the guy on trail has no criminal history also has a girlfriend

she's not the one on trail its some guy she dated when she was 16 . she says she was young liked him so lied about her age but never had sex with the dude. she's currently 19 she's old has not seen or talk too the dude has a boyfriend and a kid. they showed video as evidence that they did have sex but it's a 30 sec video no one face is shown. I am wondering if I should belive her since she's the victim or not.
I mean she did lie about her age but she at least admit it. the dude in the case has no criminal history and did admit they dated but he had belive she was 19 years old but dumped her once he find out her age then was arrested the very next day. should I belive the victim telling the truth and didn't have sex with this dude
