But you know why men do this.

If you get a woman to engage in self-loathing and goad her into having low self-esteem, she becomes easier to control, to have sex with, to manipulate, etc.

Projection. Insecurities. Not being hugged enough as a child. Poor role models. A desperate need to bring exhibit some kind of power because they lack it in the rest of their life. Misery loves company. Low intellect. Missing basic human empathy.

Superiority!

We men love feeling superior.

Now to be superior we can either genuinely become superior by working hard on yourself or we can make degrading remarks towards women.

One way is positive, the other is negative.

There is another way but that would require the woman to be extremely Submissive & do things that make us feel superior. 😏 There's a reason why we men like blowjobs & having our balls licked... 😏( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Invariably it’s stupidity and hiding their own insecurities.

I've lost count of the number of times, I’ve seen a guy try and chat up a girl, hit on her etc..
then get blown out and have to walk away.

he either slags her off while walking away, as obviously she’s a lesbian or a whore for not dancing with him etc or when he gets back to table it’s ‘well she’s a lesbian ain’t she obviously’ which likely explains why the world thinks there are so many lesbians.

Often what girls think of as degrading guys think of as either flirting or compliments. It sometimes takes guys a long time to figure out what is degrading and what isn't.

Because they clearly don't know how to attact a woman or have a dreamy way if thinking that a girl might actually respond to them in a positive way with bad behavior like that... I honestly have no idea why guys act like that unfortunately... I feel like their ego is just too big

A lot of it is how guys speak with each other. Boys, especially, often tease and degrade each other. When a girl gets in that mix, some guys don't know how to modify their behavior for mixed company.

Because you don't want them and they know they have no chance with you. So in order to satiate their precious ego, they belittle that which they cannot have, in an attempt to be 'above you'.
Who's been mocking and degrading you? I'll go kick their ass for you. Just make sure they are not really, like super big and strong and aren't black belts in Jiu Jitsu or something like that.
