An allergic reaction caused his penis to get trapped in me. Is it normal?

A couple of days ago I enjoyed some sesame seed rolls for lunch and thought nothing of it. However earlier today, while engaging in anal sex, one or more of those little seeds found their way on to his penis causing an allergic reaction. His penis swelled up the size of a coconut trapping us both until the ambulance arrived.

He knew he was allergic to sesame seeds so it's his fault for not asking if I had been eating sesame products before hand.

So just how often does this kind of thing happen? Is it normal?
