It's nothing unusual. It's not a fetish.(necessarily) it's not an illness. Some men like exposed thighs through a dress vent. Some like long thin necks or tiny wrists. Some like small wastes and others like fat rolls. It's just their ingrained preference.

Not sure, but I also happen to enjoy seeing another woman with great legs, in a skirt or dress and heels wearing hosiery, too. Always liked wearing them as well. They feel awesome, and make my legs look good.

I really like them purely because I'm an ass guy and I always check out that on girls. And well pantyhose help see lol. Also shows off legs well and can be stylish too. Overall they're just great on girls
