My post was done with regard to a guy that posted with a frontal view of him wearing bikini underwear, and got some heat from the women saying to dump the bikinis. I wear Jockey classic bikini underwear but would not be caught dead on the beach wearing less than California classic baggies. That said, I wear half sox to run, do yoga, and anything physical. I don't boast or brag about my physique, because that is a macho thing and 'that ain't me'. Just trying to bring some point of order.

I only tend to do that for fitness questions asking about our current body or goals but I think I have a reasonably objective view like far short of a professional bodybuilder, but not bad for someone in the 40s who barely works out and drinks all the time.

In particular, I don't think I have a great body but I think I've mastered the art of being as lazy as possible, indulging in our favorite foods and alcohol, and still maintain something that's not bad.

Mostly I do it just to try to show people that I'm not some person behind a computer pretending like I know something about fitness when I'm actually completely out of shape. I've had people on here telling me before without seeing my picture like, "Shut up old fat man." And I was like, "What? I'm not fat! I am old, but not fat."

Well, relatively speaking to the person who commented. :-D Since then I did take it a bit too personally and started posting shirtless pics more often... although not so much to impress girls or anything (I'm married) but just in the hope that people will take my fitness and nutrition advice seriously.

I am like this but extremely lazy (only work out maybe 2-3 hours/week): I've been trying to figure out how to optimize and optimize the time I spend training so that I can do the bare minimum. I do train very intensely when I do train (ex: sprint intervals), but try to find the bare minimal training I have to do.

Mostly I've been interested and experimenting with trying to figure out how to stay/get fit with the absolute minimum amount of time/effort and the absolute minimal compromises to nutrition.

My photos, above, are strictly from Hard Yoga and running, and light weights. Nothing more. How did you add those photos on your reply? I don't see a link or area that lets you post photos? Tell me how

What I do is upload the picture to a site called imgur here: https://imgur.com/upload It lets you anonymously upload your photos without an account. Then when you upload the image, you can grab a direct link to the image and copy and paste it here. The site then embeds the image.

You can try it here with me if you want with any random photo. The trick is that you need a direct link to the image (the link should end with like ". jpg", or ". gif", or ". png"). If it's an indirect link, the site often fails to embed properly.

Like so: I am not sure how to do it from mobile since I only use this site from a computer, although anything and any site works as long as you can grab a direct link to the image.
