All imma say is that when I was a pubescent guy, I really would have wanted to have intercourse with an adult women. I'm pretty sure that if I had, my mom would never have been able to find out either. I could just have said I was hanging out with the friend I'd always had hanged out with.
I had low confidence though because my body was so underdeveloped, and I assumed those women wouldn't possibly like me like that.

But all I know is that he blocked you after you showed him cases of pedophilic women getting locked up. He also cannot say how girls feel after having sex with older men, because he isn't and hasn't been an underaged girl that had sex with older men. He seems a little delusioned. As towards my personal opinion, I think it highly depends on the girl's personal intellect and mental maturity rather than age, sadly these things are rarely or can't be measured at all. For this reason I think putting the matter at age rather than these things is the right thing to do. Either way I think big age differences are a no though.
