This would bother me as well. I think you should have a discussion with her first regarding how it makes you feel & see how she reacts & go from there. But that's the more "reasonable" me; the "emotionally charged" me, on the other hand, wouldn't be having any of it & a divorce would be filed as soon as possible.
I knew a massage therapist a few years back, she had a side job at a restaurant my mom was working at & they became friends for awhile, & she refused to do such actions, even after being offered a hefty tip. She said there were times she would leave the room & refuse to service them any longer when they were unreasonable, as it goes against their ethics clause.
Your wife could potentially lose her job if her boss found out she was providing "extra services" & you have a very good case of infidelity, if you're asked for a reason by the court system, if you choose to divorce her.
