The closest thing was Sasha Grey, who had the lead female role in Steven Soderbergh's The Girlfriend Experience (2009). She also guest-starred in a season of Entourage, and a couple of other mainstream roles. But I wouldn't exactly call her a true "leading lady" - her career just didn't sustain for long enough to be granted that title.

do a little research. a few have done that already. betty white, way back in the day, was a playboy bunny/ centerfold. sylvester stallone started as a porn actor, his first movie was a 60s/70s porn. though it wasn't a blockbuster movie, paris hilton did porn (a sex tape or 2) before being the female lead in a regular movie or 2. i think tara reid has done some sort of porn as well. there are others too.

Stallone was literally penniless and homeless, sleeping in his car in the winter, and took a role in a cheesy soft-core porn movie because it paid a few hundred dollars (probably $1000 in today's money) at a time when he didn't know how he'd be able to eat. He then booked a small Hollywood role that got him by until he eventually managed to get a deal for Rocky - but he was homeless again, and had to sell his car and his dog just to survive long enough to get that deal done. As such, I wouldn't consider him a porn star - he did a single movie out of complete desperation, and in the 70s, things were more under the radar. Of course, once Rocky came out, that was all dug up and put in the press, but he was already a mainstream success, so he survived it.
