Do guys get longer erections (as in length of the penis) the more turned on they are?

I was having sex with a guy yesterday and we’ve had sex before..   • I'm a little confused about the answers on here saying "no", but I guess anatomy varies from person to person.
    There is almost an inch of a difference for me between a typical, serviceable erection (where it is clear it is no longer just a "semi erection") and "about as long as it gets".

    Yes, arousal matters and so does how much stimulation I've already received.

  • To a point. I believe that, when young, it is possible to be so aroused that the brain is able to cause the blood vessels in the penis to go even wider open admitting more blood into the erection.
    It won't change all that much from a normal erection though.
    At the same time, some erections are "phoned in" and not full blistering boners.

    So, I wouldn't say that there's a direct relationship, but sort of like this:
    Level 0: Everything normal, not turned on: Flaccid Penis
    Level 1: Somewhat aroused, so it's growing, but arousal my come and go quickly: Weak erection.
    Level 2: Basic arousal which covers a significant range of being turned on: Normal erection
