Kind of a dumb question to ask but I’ve noticed there’s been a ton of disagreement on this lately.

I suspect they are bigger because a lot of white women I’ve met secretly have sexual fantasies involving black guys.

No, that has been proven false as has the Asians have smaller penises myth. What *is* true that average penis size is a function of overall body size. Tall guys have bigger penises and shorter guys have smaller ones. But they are the same size proportionately in either case. So if black men tend a little taller they would have slightly larger penises in absolute terms but the same average size penis proportionally. And Asians are normally shorter so again they may have slightly smaller penises in absolute terms but they are just as big relative to their own bodies. Race doesn't directly play into it.
If you are shallow enough to decide who you want to be with on the basis of their penis size then look at height, not skin color or background.
