yes i actually love period sex, though i’ve never tried eating a girl out during her period. firstly, it might not be very hygienic to go down on a girl during her period as period blood is technically “unclean blood” and not fresh blood but i can say that period sex feels way better than regular sex (except the mess!). i really enjoy period sex as i feel like during penetration, the vagina feels way warmer and more moist + it feels way tighter. i can feel the walls of the vagina grip tighter during period as compared to regular (non period) sex. period sex makes me cum way faster as the vagina feels much more stimulating during penetration than normal.
in my opinion, the tighter walls during period gives added friction and better stimulates the head of the penis during penetration - it feels as if the girl is flexing her kegal muscles when she actually isn’t. i wouldn’t mind using sex toys such as vibrators and dildos on her during period or we could also do anal.

I've done it, but only with a steady partner. It's not the sort of thing you do casually; preparation is required. We actually purchased a red top sheet and red bath towels to place on the mattress. Obviously, women in my age range no longer save periods, so it's mostly a memory now.

It seems extremely foolish to me to avoid sex for as much as 20% of the time when it is actually more pleasing at that time, and usually relieves cramping. Just lay a dark towel down and enjoy it!
