What’s your red flags when interracial dating?

I’ve been wondering this cause I know some people have flags for dating in general but I’m wondering what flags people have for dating interracial cause I have some just to keep me safe cause their are some creeps out there.

This is my list as a black girl

1) saying they want a biracial baby (it weirds me out mostly because 9x/10 they specifically want a baby with light skin, light eyes, light hair, curly hair and if the baby comes out with kinky curls they won’t bother learning how to even do their hair most the time. ) *I know this from experience

2) “I’ve never dated a black girl before” I don’t want to be the first, that’s about it. I’m not trying to be an experiment if that makes sense.

3) them trying to use the word exotic as a compliment: I’m black, not a gecko 💀

4) when they say the n word: see explanatory, I’m black and don’t even use that word so dating me doesn’t give you a pass to be ignorant

5) “I only date black girls because Of [insert here]” whatever they say after that is always going to be weird and make me uncomfortable so it’s a no.

Superb Opinion

  • The first black woman I dated was a blind date arranged by the girl's uncle. I took her and her daughter to my nieces 6th birthday party. She met my mother, my sister, my whole family. My niece (who is blonde with blue eyes) and the daughter were the same age and they formed a strong bond.

Our next date was at a 4th of July party with her family. Yes, I was the only white face in the crowd, but I shot hoops with the younger guys and pitched horse shoes with the older guys.

The issue was the ex husband. The woman had a daughter with that man and he screamed that I was going to raise his daughter as white. This guy would never go away, so I went away. I'm not in the least bit proud of that, but it's the truth. To this day, I miss that little girl who I would have loved as though she was my own daughter.

Most Helpful Guy

  • I’m not into that N word stuff during sex. Some white girls would tell a black man” I love or want that N word D. I have no problem with a woman wanting me because of my complexion or BBC

Most Helpful Girls

  • When they feel the need to remind me every five sentences I'm black and they not.

Instead of telling me I'm attractive they repeatedly tell me. I think black girls are attractive. Obviously or your dumbass wouldn't be tryin to get with me.

Constantly asking me questions that start with Do all black girls like. I'm not your science experiment to get inside of the black mind.

Shocker we don't share 1 brain.

Basically if it's something they wouldn't say or do if I was the same race as them really annoys me.

  • If i haven’t met their family after being together for a while. Like im not gonna ask to meet his family he’s gonna want mento meet his family if they aren’t racist. And I don't know if the he takes too long or if they are racist im done with his bc i don’t feel like loosing my time with race issues i would just leave.

What Girls & Guys Said

  • If they call me any racial slur as "dirty talk" without telling me they plan to beforehand is a big no no

  • I have dark skin but I'm not black. When the parents are ok with me but racist about black people, smh

  • just the same as with dating the same race i am xD

  • Woke shit period. That's a no-go.

  • For me - the fact it is interracial

    • Than why comment, I was obviously asking only for opinions of those who date outside their race?

    • Fools and horses do

    • NoLookingAtSoleil it’s the 21st century, for someone that’s only 43 you think like someone from the 50s or 60s

  • Wearing a mask is one to start

    • I guess during the end of the pandemic, but some people still haven’t got vaccinated though

    • If you're vaccinated. Why worry?

  • Lol she's like fuck you bigots!

    • Lol yeah

  • if she say white privilege or any woke nonsense I will ghost her

  • “If I was to date a black girl, you’re the only one I could see myself with”…. Hmmm yeah that’s not a compliment. Why me?

“If you want me to be attracted to you, You should wear your natural hair more often.” What if I don’t want you to be attracted to me? The audacity!!! You approach me not the other way around!
