Superb Opinion

  • We can suspect. I did.

In AUG 1990, I was 27 and got into a relationship with a 22-year old beautiful girl. Moreso, we went to a nerd college where there were over 4 guys to any girl. I was shocked enough that she was available for me to even have a relationship with. Indeed, I didn't pursue her for 3 months completely believing my prejudices that 1) she has to be with some guy already and 2) she's gotta be a bit bitchy because she can be. Anyway, those 3 months went by and I happened to accidently meet with her and learn what a fascinating young lady she was. I was smitten... but I still assumed she was not a virgin, of course. No 22-year old girl that beautiful and at a sausage party school like ours could possibly be a virgin...

Well, we did become a couple and sleep together. When I made the move, she said "No." I was OK with that - it was early in our relationship and I wasn't going to rape her.

After a while though - probably a few weeks or maybe even 2 or 3 months - I was a bit pent up and hoping for some release, but she always didn't want that. One day, while in bed at my place, I was gently bringing up this issue. Then, a light bulb went off in my head. She sat up in the corner (my bed was in the corner of my bedroom) with her clutching the covers about her and I asked "Cyn,... are you a virgin?" She nodded yes. I assured her that was OK and that we'd take things slow and only do it when she was ready.

I was hoping ready would be within a few weeks, but, when I asked her about it later, she said "I want to wait until marriage." I was OK with that; I wanted to marry her anyway, so it just meant a matter of time.

We were together for almost 17 months when she dumped me in JAN 1992. I just turned 29 and she was about to turn 24 in 2 months. So, I had no sex from JUL 1989 to JAN 1992... but I was so broken-hearted (and still am over her) that I would have sex very rarely for the rest of the 1990s.

    ==========

I am going off on an irrelevant-to-your-question tangent but, yes, I was able to predict she was a virgin from her behavior, but I was not sure of it until she told me.

    • Why did she break up with you?

    • @Jamie05rhs Only she knows.

    • Oh. Dang. That sucks.

  • Your behavior (example if you act really nervous around him, especially if it's getting sexual in any way) could be a sign, but he's not really going to know for sure unless you tell him. Or if he's the first boyfriend you've had, chances are pretty good you're also a virgin. Or if you're religious, could also be a "sign" depending on your religion and beliefs.

Most Helpful Girl

  • From behaviour it can be pretty obvious, and any sex partner SHOULD know simply to help make the experience better.
Physically, there is NO WAY to tell, and if any man sees this and thinks the hymen is one, then do a google, and stop living in the medieval century. Also op, don't have sex with any lad who thinks thats a thing, we don't need to give them ideas that they're sex partner material when they don't even get the basics of a vagina... :/

  • Probably no chance if you don't tell him

  • Zero chance.

even doctors struggle unless there has been very recent sex.

for example a girl could lose her virginity at 13 and at 22 a doctors check up would show nothing.

it is pointless, a girl can say yes she is and the guy takes her word for it.

  • I'd like to think that I would notice the inexperience and the awkward nerve.

  • Sometimes, if her hymen is intact. One index finger often tells the tale.

    • I think most people would want to know WITHOUT touching them!!

  • Translation: "can I lie about my past and get away with it?" Commitment is a trap. Don't be her golden parachute.

  • Inexperience shows in multiple ways

  • No. We have no clue.

  • experience is easy to lie about with anything but when on the job the truth comes out…

  • Not always

  • I have a 6th sense dedicated to the sole task of finding out and knowing whether a girl is a virgin or not

  • Yes, but mostly because of a lack of technique, experience and knowledge. Not necessarily because it feels different

  • My girl said she was a virg but her cherry was popped and I slid in without effort she claimed her gyno busted her open but I have my doubts at this point

    • you mean her hymen? oh boy, you are uneducated :/

    • @SnakeBoop cherry popping is a hymen

    • yup. and hymens have no correlation to the virginity label anymore. May be worth you doing a simple google search :/

    • Show All
  • I have had sex with some girls who were very inexperienced and it's easy to tell.

  • yes !!!
    why not?

  • Not always, the girl I lost my virginity too was also a virgin and she told me that she was but I honestly didn’t believe her because she had many boyfriends in middle school and she was very talkative about sex and she sounded experienced but when we had sex I broke her hymen so she really was a virgin but I would have never guessed

  • Yes. A virgin girl is usually nervous. Eager but nervous

  • Nope. (Aside from her actions)
Anyone who says different is a retard.
The mature female vagina will expand and relax to allow ANY human sized penis in without issue or pain when aroused properly.
The hymen is never intact of a female these days because of females active life styles.
So anyone claiming they can tell is full of shit.
