Tbh I was extremely nervous to approach girls in freshman and Sophomore year of high school mostly because girls were always the ones to approach me but that pretty much stoped when I hit high school because the girls I went to High school went liked guys to approach them. One day I just realized that I had nothing to lose and that I was good looking (not to toot my own horn) so I started approaching girls and 8 times out of 10 I was successful so honestly you have nothing to lose and It’s actually better now that you are an adult because if you approach a woman out in public it’s not like in high school where if she rejects you you still have to see her every day you can just go on about your day and forget about it. I suggest going to nightclubs that’s the best place to try to pick up women in my opinion

Hiring an escort is the super risky. You can get robbed , blackmailed , stds or a all round bad sexual experience becuase the girl doesn't care.( NOT speaking from experience) . Be very , very cautious if you plan on seeing a escort.
