So , I'll true and keep it a little vague , but this story actually did happen the detail may change slightly , but the essence is correct. Now , this ( was ) an actual case , so please dont look up the results. But , honestly whats your opinion? Do you think she was raped? Do you think he was found guilty? What are your reasons?

As a footnote , she did also fall pregnant , and she proceeded against all the players for child support , the ruling on that one was you were responsible for your own sperm , all the players had to sit a paternity test , and the relevant individual was ordered to pay child support for 18 years to the mother.

Probably rules differ country to country , so what are your thoughts on the entire scenario and the rape charges.

Differs country to country I guess , but you make some good points.. I can post the outcome later , the case ran for around a full week , so there was a lot of detail. Despite the level of court , no jury , judge only as there were many complexities. I just though it was a rather interesting situation..

Ohh yeah , you are correct there ! Massive out roar from some , they just hate to admit there are a literal plethora of football groupies , and yes there have been other cases also , big up roar. Another case ( just quickly ) 2 players , years earlier when young ( now both married with families ) female comes forward claiming rape.
