The vast majority of women have no clue what is or isn't sexy. They just copy what other women wear so this is why there could be a totally out of shape butt ugly woman (from a male POV) wearing a certain outfit and other women will say it's a "sexy" outfit on her or she looks "cute". Or the flip side... a woman most men would say looks hot but other women all claim she's gross looking.
Anyhow skirts emphasize the look of the legs -- isn't that obvious? And the butt. A great fitting pair of pants might emphasize the butt too but not the legs.
Ah, yes - they moderate your views that way. But they are typically clueless, I agree (and taught by their moms this is a good thing)
It's traditionally the style that made women look feminine and gentle and elegant in their way of conducting themselves. It feels more fragile to wear that. It holds very gentle, feminine energy. It can be combined with sexual or other intentions' emotional energies as well, to alter the look in desired direction. It's hard to show angriness and rage while you're wearing flowy layered thin and long skirt with lovely ruffles in gentle and light coral nuance. Energies simply don't match. It apsolutely does not match with what men want, or their energies. Or what they desire to energetically pick up from feeling of wearing it.
I wear them for comfort, especially when hot and need to look dressy.
