Girls, as a friend would a girl care if I accidentally got hard in front of them?

So I have this kind of embarrassing story from when I was a bit younger, I was around 14-15 at the time and I was going over a girls house to swim in her pool. We were just pretty good friends but we knew we really did not want to date each other. Anyways so I hadn't really been in her pool at that age where my hormones were starting to go crazy so I was kind of caught off guard about what was about to happen lol. So we go out to the pool and she takes off her clothes and she is in a bikini, she told me a while back she usually does not wear one around guys cause it makes her uncomfortable, that is how good of friends we were I guess? Anyways so me being 14-15 I just couldn't help but getting a boner in her pool while we were just messing around, I do not really know if she noticed or if she could see through the water that I had one? I am not sure how visible it really was, but anyways I got them sometimes throughout the day and it was getting late and I had to go home soon so she suggested we get out and of course I agree, but I had a boner so I kind of slowly took my time to get out but by the time I was getting out I knew it was definitely still visible, I think I saw her eyes dart down real quick and then she kind of smiled at me, girls what do you think she was thinking or feeling?

A smile can mean so much. At that time the girl could have been feeling a number if things. Surprised, shy, amused, empathy for you, flattered and turned on.
I can't say for sure which she was feeling but I can say for such what she was not...
Upset, repulsed or angry. She would have expressed herself different and you probably would have heard something about it by now.
Now as I said before I wouldn't care. I probably be flattered and take it as a compliment. I might even get a little amused by it and as a teenager maybe even a little aroused but as a teen I would never have admit that lol.
Anyhow counter question... What makes you bring it up years later?

Girls aren’t dense. We all take the same sex Ed classes. It’s a natural reaction that teen boys need to relax about. Half the time we aren’t looking and another quarter we don’t notice. The rest of the time we might appreciate what we see.

Yea that's true, it pretty much was fully out of my control to be honest and its nice to hear some girls get that and don't really care or they appreciate it
