Girls, why would a woman feel guilty of her past?

My girlfriend is 28 years old (10 younger than me) and she has been with more than 50 sexual partners during her life (probably many more, I don't know), and at 20 years old she had already accomplished all of her fantasies and by 25 years old she had done everything related to sex.
From the other hand, I started having sex at her actual age, 28 years old, and I had no special sexual experiences.
I love her with all my heart and her past doesn't bother me (even details like, p. ex., the fact that before being with me she had sex with our coworker and she also had sex some years ago with another guy I know). On the contrary it even excites me that she is so experienced, having enjoyed so much and got so satisfied before meeting me, to the point that thinking about all that during sex, pushes me to give my best to her.
However, I still feel like she is a bit ashamed of her past. I keep telling her that it was nothing wrong with that, and I honestly believe that, because I love her no matter the number of her sexual partners, but yesterday she told me that if when she was a teen would know that in the future she'd have this relationship with me, she would have saved her virginity for me. I found that the most beautiful thing said by any person to me, but at the same time I feel really sad that she feels guilty about her experiences.

  • "Girls, why would a woman feel guilty of her past?"
I was legitimately with at least 40+ men before meeting my partner. That's something we're going to have to come to terms with tho i guess..

    • So do you feel judged by him for your past or does he understand that if it bothers him it is his problem, not yours'?

  • She only feels guilty if she thinks you're unhappy with her past. If you're OK with it, then I don't see the problem. Maybe ask her if there are any of her fantasies that she'd like to do again.

    • I understand what you mean, because she had commented me that many of her past boyfriends were very aggressive towards her when she revealed them her past and perhaps she finds hard to believe that I have no problem at all with the number or the identity of her past partners and that I also find her experience a big arousal during sex. I will follow your advice, though! For me it will be great to make her experience again her favourite fantasies!

    • She can't resease her inner slut by herself. She needs you to unlock the door.

    • You are right. Thinking about it, perhaps she is intimidated by the fact that I was not very experienced myself and she probably thinks that I would have some kind of prejudices, which, however, is not true (perhaps for this reason she told me about virginity, as she might have thought that I would appreciate her more as a virgin, but that's no true: I love her for the beautiful person she is and I'm perfectly aware that her sexual expreriences with so many partners in the past contributed a lot in making her the woman I love. Anyways, I understand that I have to show her that the difference in our past doesn't mean nothing refering to our compatibility and that I have all the willingness to learn from her and let her guide me through her experience (the "inner slut" you said) to become her perfect lover, that's what I'd like to achieve.
