I think it might depend on the body fat distribution style. Was reading about how more fat distributed around hips and thighs and breasts leads to improved fertility and breastfeeding in Western women. But I don't think that's true so much for Asian women who tend to distribute fat more towards the pelvis and abdomen and have narrower hips and shoulders. They can still pop out 5 healthy babies and stay teeny.
