I don't know if he is telling you the truth or not, but I am above average in size and I can wear most big size condoms. The regular size condoms are really tight on me. Girth is the biggest issue with condoms, at least for me. When I wear a regular size condom, it will dig into the base of my shaft from the tightness. It's fine for 10-15 minutes but eventually the condom end will cut off some of the blood flow and start to numb me. I wouldn't say it hurts. But it is uncomfortable.

Most condom shit fit perfectly on any large man even if you get the extra large ones it should definitely fit and not be too tight now not wearing them because you don’t feel anything or it’s not as nice yes this is absolutely true nothing to do with the condom hurting.
