What's important is compatibility. The penis needs to fit the vagina, and the vagina needs to fit the penis. I'm a pretty big guy and I have been with a few women who found sex very painful until their vaginas stretched out enough to make it more comfortable for them. That's one example of incompatibility. Another is when a guy with a smaller dick is with a woman whose vagina is bigger and more stretched out, in which case it's not going to be as pleasurable for either.
So yeah, obviously penis size and vagina size are equally important.

Lots of women consider size important. But lots of women have found that guy's that care for them and try their best to please them are usually much better than guys that are hung up on their size. Guys that try hard usually are doing what it takes to get to those spots that feel best for you, and do the things you enjoy. Other guys just look for their own pleasure.
