You're talking to the wrong people by asking this on here.

Talk to him about it. Tell him how you feel. He may think you stop him going down because you've finished and you're just quiet. If he's a young and relatively inexperienced guy then he may not know.

sounds like you need to find someone that will also cater to your needs.
I always make sure my partner has at least 1 or more happy endings, by what eve means it takes, either through sex or vibrators.
