Yep, it’s a totally fine size! It’s already an average size compared to adults, and you are likely to grow a bit yet.
Just remember that there is nothing bad about being “below average”. Some people will always be below average, by definition. About half of men are “below average” (well, statistics are complicated, it’s less than half but not much less). If they all were bigger, the average would be higher, and they would still below average. Most men have some kind of sexual life, even when they are below average. Many men below average have a very satisfying sexual life. Penis size has very little to do with it.
So to sum it up: you are average and entirely healthy and normal. Even if you weren’t average it would still be perfectly fine.
The average adult length is 5.1" and the average adult girth is 4.7." So you are a little longer than average in length, but you are still average under the standard deviation, but you are a little small in girth, still within standard deviation. But at 15 you should still grow more before you reach your full size.
You should be studying at 15. You should be focusing on your future, not girls. These girls are not going to help you get into a good college. Sexual attraction is perfectly normal, and I'm not blaming you for it, but you need to concentrate on your studies for a better future. Just because your friends are jumping off a cliff, would you jump off of it as well?
To answer your question, it's an average size, and its perfectly normal. The size doesn't matter, but the way you use your 'wand' does. The quality of the sex should be good.
That's a pretty good size for a 15 year old. I have been a nurse and I have seen.
And you shouldn't be worrying about your penis size at all. I know it's a stereotype amongst men but don't fall into that. Women don't decide they want to have sex after seeing the guy naked. Sex is more than just mere penis size.
And thirdly, you're just 15. You have a lot of time left ahead to think about sex. Presently focus on exploring yourself and self growth.

It's bang on average for an adult male, but you're only 15 you more than likely have more growth to go. And the likelihood is that everyone isn't having sex it's just what culture says is happening.
It's pretty normal, actually above normal, mine was about that at your age and it's 8 inches now. You sir, are a lucky bastard ;) but don't go bragging about it, learn how to use it and focus on living and good and happy life.
