How do you move your tongue during a French kiss?

As I remember the first times, it comes pretty natural. You don’t have to do anything specific, just follow what feels right with the lips and the tongue (sometimes people forget to mention that the lips can be as important in a French kiss). At first it might be useful to remind yourself to breathe from your nose, and enjoy your moment. If you manage to relax, and your tongue is not too stiff, you’ll probably be able to enjoy it more easily. You can also practice with a finger—it’s not the same but it gets you familiar with the feeling on the tongue when you use it on something else.

There are no real rules. Just move your tongue around theirs and their lips to start. You can move onto exploring their mouth with your tongue if you think they would be into it. Also try sucking on their tongue or lower lip. Turn your head and lick the middle of their closed lips gently.

Watch movies that include kissing. Practice kissing your hand between your thumb and forefinger. Some people like it to be very gentle while others like it to be kind of rough. You'll have to play it by ear one you start kissing the other person. The most important thing is to have fun and be yourself. Don't be afraid to ask the other person if they like it when you kiss them in a certain way.
