A dildo does what a penis does, stimulates the vaginal opening and walls. Sure, it goes deeper but a vagina's sensitivity is only in about 3-4 inches. Not that much going on. Yes, totally worth it. Start getting a vac u lock set since you can add accessories to it later and they’re super versatile. I have a suction cup for them, an attachment to make a fucking machine and a strap on harness that all use that type of attachment.

Yes, but buy something higher end, cheap ones are not usually very good.

Look for dual or triple skin.
Or go for a Bad Dragon dildo series, for something "interesting"
